I've been looking at much the same issue lately and came across sendloop.com ... surprised to not hear them mentioned here so far

 

The best autoresponder I have every used is Global NPN. Not only is it an autoresponder but it also has a lot of other tools that you require. It has been around since 2005 so it has a proven track record. It is cheaper than others and provides much more.
