Or if anyone thinks they can build it for me, I'd be interested. Keep in mind im extremely low on the budget side. Basically I just need a script where users can submit quotes/messages and they wil post to the front page as 'lates'. It would be great if there could be a top 50 section and a rating system would bump up those worthy to the top 10, etc. If anyone knows of a script, or can help me, that would be great.
