    We don't pay for impressions but it's worth mentioning anyway.... www.adtoll.com


    We do pay by PayPal though!

    Here is a list of cpm ads that pay via paypal. Not all of them do, but it will have listed next to each one if they do pay via paypal or not. For example, the first 2 pay via paypal and has banner ads.

    Some of them don't offer banner ads, but the 1st 2 listed do and are reputable. Some of them offer both banner ads and popups/unders and some just offer popups/unders.
