    I just signed up with them yesterday for free hosting. I am also moving a wordpress site for the first time. It has not been pretty!. As far as customer service, it has been prompt, but they spend more time telling you what they think rather than listening to what you know.

    I was also working with an SEO specialist who could not see my site as well as me in Belgium. They kept using proxys and everything else and telling me my site was up!

    Hhhmmm okay 2 against one. I know .......what do you expect for free? Listening doesn't cost a thing. Even my attorney will listen.....he only charges to speak for me!

    Any feedback on these guys would help before I pay for service or either jump ship. I have never had an issue with Doteasy for the last 3 years. I also have never tried to move a wp site.

    $40 sounds fine, since you aren't paying anything to use their services. Why would they move it for free?
