Also this doesn't work only on scripts as they manage their mail servers not a quick solution

Haven't seen a script like that.

The closest is Email Marketer. Perhaps if you modify it heavily, it can work like aweber.

In any case, you can try order a custom full script or modification at a freelance website.

 

I too dont think there is any script like that available. Am also waiting for such a script.

I would try looking for a programmer to code you that script, you will probably get a good deal on it because many programmers are not getting any work these days. Try a freelancing forum.

You have two option as for your needs,

1-ask for a programmer to write a script for you which is very time consumable with allot of bugs and error waiting to fix each time by running
it ( I doubt if you can find a good programmer with a reasonable price for it).

I do not want to mention the price here either.

2- find a trusted ,powerful autoresponder system which has all feature for webmasters and marketers needs.

and the good news is ,that you can have and operate your own autoresponder service sale the account to others like getresponse and aweber.you can also use and give FREE autoresponder account to others as a viral marketing to test your system so if they like then they can buy from you.
you can charge them monthly or yearly or whatever you like.
I can not believe how folks are paying $18 ~ $25 for getresponse or aweber monthly which has a limit contact list of only 500 leads.(how about yearly payment).
do not mistake ,I do not want put them down here as I know they very trusted company.
and I do not want to recommend you worthless services that I am not using it and have no clue of it .

because I've been in your shoes and I was looking for such a script for month after month .
actually I am using their script myself more that 5 years and very satisfied with it.
I know most of the autoresponder services out there but none of them come close to this script .believe me.
the guy behind his script is call Jim ,very professional and you have the support for life with him.
I do not know him and has never talk to him but any time I have a question I just shot him an email and get response with out delay.
trust me just go to their site and test their account and see all amazing feature with their script,
imagine you can :

1-sale the account to other marketers which covers all your hosting and marketing fee.

2-give free account to others like a viral marketing and back-end sales.

3-use yourself too.

4-More Income
