The money you earn from traffic is exactly how you can expect, $X per XX. We are still playing with the algorithm though to give the authors a good benefit without shooting ourselves in the foot.

Without a lot of data it is hard to predict this though, so all we need now is time. Thats why I am pushing people to promote their articles so we can alter the algorithms to better suit the authors.

You don't need any experience to write articles for us. They just need to be well written and informative.

Anyone can register, but you need to write good articles to get paid.

I've got one questons before i make my decision to sign up or not.

I'll be posting programming related stuff so i guess it will go in the "Technology" category but i was wondering does it matter if you make 50 word articles or 1000+ word articles?

I'm a programmer and i want to make article(s) about my software/ releases so 'm not sure if those kind of articles get accepted.

Can you take a look at my blog and tell me if those blogposts get accepted? (ofcourse i'll write new one's but you get the idea how i write) http://www.engineeringserver.com/blog/

    Thanks

There are only a few requirements. The description of the article must have at least 50 words, and the actual article must have at least 300 words. There is no max limit for an article.

However keep it with reason. A 1000 word article may be better off as two parts. You can then just leave a comment, and I can link them together for you.

We want to keep the articles pleasing for the readers. Many large articles get overlooked by visitors simply because they feel intimidated by it, and are not in favor of spending a long time reading it.

PS - Your blog crashed my browser! :)

Hello dadougalee,I am also interested in submitting articles on your site. Please tell if there is any time limit before submitting newer articles, like, if someone submits one article, after how much time he/she is supposed to submit another?

Currently, there is no time limit. However, now that we have been getting a lot more submissions we do plan on implementing a limitation like that soon.

I was paid for an article I submitted before the cash-out limit went into effect. I'm very happy with the site and plan on continuing submitting articles.

The up-front rate is about equal to the going rate for content writers here PLUS, your articles keep generating cash for you based on the traffic up to $20.

For people worried about 'commitment,' you should be able to reach the cashout limit between 7-9 articles. I think most people interested in this offer would be able to churn that out before the 1st. (well, giving him 7 days to approve the last article by the 25th.)

I'm planning on it anyway and will post again when I'm paid.

Thanks for the kind words vertigo.

I think people are looking at this all the wrong way here. The whole getting paid for traffic thing is new so I guess I understand why people aren't trying to take advantage of this.

You you only have to write TWO articles that do awesome on digg and/or stumbleupon, or other social bookmarking sites, and you can make $40 for TWO article submissions. If you know how to market your article submissions, you will end up doing less work.

The reason I am doing this is to hopefully cut down on "low-quality" article submissions. The way I see it and hope other people do as well is, if you write a truely informative post, that other people feel is great content too, you hardly have to write much at all. You'll find yourself spending more time marketing/optimizing the article than writing it, lol.

    Anyways, thanks again vert!

I'm sorry, but for obvious reasons that information can not be given. If you are curious if there is anyone who will be getting paid this upcoming month, the answer is yes.
