Looking for Audio Software

    Hello,
    Does anybody have a good recommendation for audio software? I am going to be reading in some long e-books into my system for use as part of a product that I am launching and I want to create mp3s of them. I heard that Audacity is good (and free), but only allows recording of about 1 hour, which would be a problem.

    Any help is most appreciated.
