    im looking for article writers who can write 300 words at $1USD.

    We are looking at long term work(1 year or more) and you are expected to write a few articles per day.

    If you are good,we will increase rates and hire you on permanent basis.

    No offense, but at that rate you will get what you hire. There are very few decent writers that will work for that low. To get good quality, the going rate is at least $.02 a word and to get fair quality, the rate is normally at least $.01 a word.
