I am looking for an article writer, fluent in english please. The articles are mostly for article directories, must be unique and usually between 300-400 words long. I will not pay more than $1.5 per article. Please send me a sample if your work( can be just 100 words) only if you are agree with this price. First, I will try just five articles and see if I like the work. If the answer is yes, than I will give you more work in the future. The articles must be unique not spun garbage, please.

you are paying so less then also you are aspecting someone to waste his/her time and write 5 sample articles for you...
This is the issue that I have seen here on DP. It's a trend that hopefully if enough of the writers here get together will be diminishing. We have to drive out those writers who honestly cant write. The amount that people want to pay, let them go somewhere else and pay it. DP should be a forum where its users who are seeking the service can get quality service for a decent pay. $1.50 per article for 300 words that is a rate of $0.005 per word. No one can produce good quality content for that rate.
Why don't you try to post this in a freelance website? Like odesk. com maybe someone will apply with the job that you will offer.
