Hey, I'm working on a site (found in sig) and am unsatisfied with the results thus far, so I'm looking to purchase a customized theme. I can do one of two things; I can pay a small amount (10-20) for a design, or I can pay a larger amount in various payments as right now I'm kinda poor.
