Looking for Android App programmer for small app project

    I am looking for someone who can build me a very small app, that opens a website including some values from a basic form.

    I also would like to know how i would go about getting an app into the android market.

    Please let me know if you can help.

    I think I can do this ( for free)

    I try to register android market. but they asked to pay $25 through google checkout
    $25 is not a matter. but I don't have google checkout
