Looking for anchor text counting tool?

    I would like to know if anyone can tell me where to get a tool that when I enter a URL it would display a list of all anchor text used and the # of times each anchor text phrase is used?.


    For example:

    URL: justmadeupforexample.com

    Anchor texts used:

    example 14 times
    madeup 12 times
    testname 3 times
    etc etc
