Looking for an Offshore VPS

    Hello,
    I am looking for a offshore VPS under 15$.

    Specs:-
    10-20GB DiskSpace
    300-500GB Bandwidth
    1-2 IP addresses
    ~512MB RAM (Dedicated)
    ~512MB Burstable RAM.


    Control Panel:- (any of them)
    Lxadmin
    Cpanel
    Directadmin

    Need a test IP before i buy it.

    Preferred location:- Netherlands.

    Let me know the offers.

    You can easily get a VPS for 15$, but the CP will be lxadmin.

    I think you should increase your budget or scale back your requirements.

    As stated in the first post, the Control Panels are not suppose to be only Cpanel.
    I probably have seen a few offshore VPS at about 10$ or so. Well i do consider your point, but thats the max i could go for.
    I live in UK, I need the nearest offshore server possible with no strict laws. (offshore kinda defines that) In my first post, i do suggest a preferred location. Although it is not really must!
    I value your comment but i need a link to your suggestion.
    My requirements are approximate and have a huge range. You shall provide me things within those range if available. Any more offers or plans, Do let me know.

    Please link me to the VPS which you might think is not a quality VPS under 15$. I would like to do research on them.

    Anyone else wanna add to this ? I have a few choices, but havnt yet made it sure.

    My friend is using this and he says this is great for the price tag it has.!
