Buying looking for an offshore small vps

    i'm looking for a small offshore vps for image hosting and few wp blogs, i want a free control panel installed "ispcp" a basic management like installing the OS and control panel also transfer of my sites from my actual hosting..
    ill pay 15$ for 256 ram, 20gb hdd, 200gb BW, all i want is good uptime and service.

    Why are you looking for an offshore host if you're going to host just an image hosting site and a few wordpress blogs? Anything going on in those sites that require offshore hosting?
