Looking for an offshore email account

    I need to be able to send mass emails to my lists without being throttled back. My ISP only allows 150 per hour, if I want to send to 1500 it will take 10 hours...If anyone can help me, I'd be a happy chap!! I don't want to use HostGator, I'd like more control over what I send.
