Looking for an offshore dedicated server with these requirements

    Hello,

    I'm looking for an offshore dedicated server that allows warez-linking forums. It is a forums where users are allowed to post the warez that were uploaded to rapidshare, etc.

    Next, the spec... I would like to have at least:

    - Core 2 Duo CPU (2.0Ghz+ each core)
    - 2GB Ram
    - Fully Managed
    - I don't care about disk space, anything will do fine... 5GB is already good enough lol.
    - At least 500GB/month bandwidth (high speed bandwidth preferred)

    I would also like to have a great support team as well. I do not have much experiences with the server management and I'm sure I will often need help from the support team, and I would like to have a fast response. I will probably need help restoring database as it is quite large as well.
