Is there an online tool where I can edit a small sound byte? The speaker used a TM reference in it I need to cut out. Rather be safe than sorry,
I am doubtful for online but there is a freeware which you can download and use it on your computer: WavePad hope it helps...
Thanks for the reply infogle. I'd rather not install something and go through the learning curve for a small edit. That's what I'm trying to avoid actually. Maybe I should just hire it done. Thanks again.
Well that would be great! How should I get the file to you? I just checked and there are 6 occurrences that need cut. How much?
No, it's 1.4MB If that's too big for your mail sys I can give you a direct link to it. There are six occurrences. It's three contiguous dictionary words consisting of 12 characters total. ( xxxx xxx xxxxx ) Waiting is a non-issue.
hi, someone recommend me AVS Audio Editor. I used it to cut mp3 files for my ipod touch. works excellent. It can cut, join, trim, mix, delete parts, split. Use Timeline for maximum precision and accuracy. Multichannel audio files are supported.. Read: MP3, WMA, WAV, M4A, M4R, AAC, AMR, OGG, you can have a try. http://www.avs4you.com/AVS-Audio-Editor.aspx
Upload the mp3 to one of those free file hosting places, and let us know the words you want cut out. You want it beeped or just silenced? It's about a 3 minute job I can do it in Wavelab. EDIT - I just PM'd you with my email address, email it to me and I'll do it
