Looking for an Inexpensive Smartphone with Android and without Contract

    I am looking for one in the 2 figure range, any suggestions?

    I know they exist, just wondering if somebody has good experiences with one?

    Again, should be without contract.

    I just know the Galaxy Nexus is start to be availabel on Google Play again with no contract, and the price is $399.
