Looking for an Image Gallery script

Does anyone know of a great image gallery script which would do some/all of the following;

Subscription based Image gallery with thumbnail script showing only the thumbnails allowing users to browse/search the categories.
Only registered users can view the images full size and leave comments,vote.

Admin and mod login for "mods" to upload new content.

Subscription user system with payment handling through paypal/worldpay integration and auotomatic access.

Something along that lines in either PHP or ASP?

I have had a look through hotscripts and images gallery scripts are not a problem, I guess I may end up looking for a decent database driven members script and a gallery script and merging the two, just wondered if there was such a script that was available to buy that combined both.

 

I wonder if Gallery embedded in a nuke or Mambo CMS would do the job. Gallery 2 is now in beta and is database driven.
