Looking for an experienced PPC/Affiliate/Exchange Expert

I am looking for someone who I will pay for consultation on how to best market my sports-related website with my low $xx,xxx budget. I am looking at getting into link exchanges for SEO purposes, direct paid advertising on other similar websites, PPC services (we are the ones placing ads), and marketing our affiliate program.

We are not trying to make money, we are trying to spend it to get our site out there.

Some ways that I can identify if you're not wasting my time:
- Provide credibles sources for your previous work
- Provide links to previous work
- Have more than 250 posts on this forum and have been a long-time member
- Act professionaly

I am looking for someone VERY knowledgable. I am not saying you are not but I want to clarify that for those who leave further replies to my thread.
