Looking for an EU VPS, requirements inside.

    Hello,
    I need a VPS hosted in EU (preferrably Germany, Netherlands, Poland), I want warez indexing allowed on it.
    My requirements :
    10 gb hd space
    200 gb bandwidth minimum
    2 dedicated ip's
    hyperVM or virtuozzo panel
    cPanel / WHM included, with Fantastico
    os : CentOS

    My budget is 30$ per month, can be 10$ more or less, I want cPanel and Fantastico to be included in the price, will buy from reputable companies and high iTraders (+20).

    Seen them, but they charge too much for cPanel license :S
