Looking for an estimate, Vbulletin

I'm THINKING of starting a fansite, but have no idea how you work vbulletin / customize it to my liking / add modifications / etc.. All I can do is design the PSD design.

I need to know around how much it would cost for a coder to do PSD > XHTML / CSS > VBULLETIN THEME.

EDIT: IS INVISION POWER BOARD BETTER? MORE MODIFICATIONS? IS THERE ANYONE SKILLED IN PSD > XHTML / CSS > IPB SKIN ( I may buy IPB if it is better .. )

Also, he / she would also need to help me with some minor questions such as maybe "how do you install a mod" or something. Questions that Vbulletin any owners would know. My budget is not very high, and I have not yet bought the license, because I need to know the total amount of money it will cost me before commencing this project. So please take that into consideration.

Again, I ONLY need a rough estimate of what it would cost for one of you programmers to do this. If the price offered is low enough then I may hire to actually do the work.

    Thanks for your time everyone,
    Jason

If you call a mechanic and say "how much to fix my car". He will say bring it in to the shop. Aside from the fact you don't have a design in hand, I have seen PSD > XHTML/CSS offered at $20. Kinda figure that's just someone who's figured out Photoshop will export code. And I don't do vB but rough guide, triple the cheap rate to $60 then double that so ~120? Course soon as I post this, someone will come along and offer the whole deal for $25 and a pack of crackers.

If you decide to go IPB, which i think is better than vb visit our site and we can go lower than 100 dollars depending on what your looking for.

I can help answer all your questions, provide 6 month MSN or PM support, install vb, and upgrade if any updates come in 6 months for $30.

This means that if you have any problems down the road I can help you with them free.
