Buying Looking for An English (As first language) Coder.

    Hey Guys,

    I have been outsourcing coding for a while now, the problem is I keep running into language barriers which are causing projects to last far to long.

    I am looking for some English Coders, who are reliable, work to deadlines and are available to talk/discuss things about the project on skype etc.

    Can I know why is English native language a requirement?

    What does mean "coding" ? PHP? ASP? CSS? JS?

    Generally someone who can work with the more popular open source CMS systems, i.e. Joomla, Wordpress, Magento etc.

    Someone who is focused, deadline driven etc, there is potential to be picked up as the key coder for the company as we've had over 6 websites/projects so far and we haven't even started :)
