Looking for an apraisel (considering selling)

    I have a website http://www.auctionmonster.net I am considering selling though I have not yet made up my mind. I am kind of hoping to get an appraisel of what you think it is worth given that everything will come with it.

    the main factor is what is its month income,
    most people base it on 10 - 12 months of average income,
    then come the actual content of the site, is it just another auction site or is it unique?
    does it rank in search engines?
    how old is the domain?
    does it have PR?
    how indexed pages does it have?

    is that 2 bucks a day or for the time you had the site up,
    is the auction script custom or co hmmm ercial?
