Looking For an Amazing Flash Designer for Project

I am looking for an Amazing Flash Designer to create a Flash header for our web site.
I have something in place at the moment but it really needs a more professional and energetic feel.

Please, no background music...

If you take a look you will see the current flash we have on the home page and 1 for each major section of our site;


1. Home Page
2. Web Hosting
3. Domain Names
4. Web Development
5. Applications
6. Support

(*Please note, we are undergoing some live changes over next 24 hours, some sections of the web site may not be accessible)

Possibly something that would include the whole header so that the koowii logo would shine or glow as well as the product images would be full of energy.
This would also mean that the main menu would need to be added into the flash and ability to edit menu in case we change or add sub menus at later date.
