Looking for an affiliate site to help my forum gain members

    I'm not sure this is the right place, but i'll ask here anyway.

    I started a forum about two weeks ago and it's not going too well, i've signed up for a few sites which might help me; a link referral site and a banner exchange site, however I'm looking for an affiliate program which will help my forum gain more members.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    I don't mean which will guarantee it, but will basically allow me to show off my forum. So really I'm looking for an affiliate site which is mainly for forums.

    I know there are sites like that, I've seen them but sadly forgot their urls.
    One of the ones I used to use is undergoing refurbishment so I can't really use that (that was adminchat)

    Saying there is 'no such thing' is not true.

    Either way, currently I cannot afford to advertise. Soon perhaps, but not right now.
