ey people, Okay i am just looking for a lil bit of guidence now and again and it seems to be that posting on forums to get help (okay gives a wide variety of opinions etc) but honestly i need something a bit quick as at the moment because this is my first product im promoting i want it to be a sucess no matter what and im wasting time waiting for answers. so im looking for someone or a few people who can help me out over msn or some other instant messenger (less time consuming) for when i hit a rock that i just cant break. more experience the better.... im using clickbank... know what to do but get stuck on tools for doing certain things and a few other lil things now and again and have had to wait liek 12 hours sometimes for an answer which is really annoying... so if anyone would be so kind as to help me please pm me or post here (this is not part of any commercial business thingy its just to help me) update (decided to add a bit more) okay i think ive kinda got off on the wrong foot here... i am actually hoping to make it big here because the thought of a 9 till 5 job just scares the s**t out of me and i never want to do that... I have the next year to get were i want to be in life. BUT until christmas is my goal to be on $200 (easy) money a day. Honestly i think thats possible with my dedication... I have alot of spare time and have been a webmaster for 4 to 5 years now (started when i was 14 so this is a passion not a need). I have started making a 'trust' blog to get my name some attributes and build up trust and also to teach people as i get taught myself. http://affiliatenoob.blogspot.com Also i have started promoting one product with a premium membership at usfreeads and getting a few hops alone from that.. also brought a domain name which is keyphrase freindly... have done extensive keyword research and have a list ready... have wrote 1 article so far for the usfreeads page.... have created a mockup site and article for the main center.... have chosen my product/s (am planning to sell more from the same guy)... Have even set up a squidoo page and next is a blog... Then interlink them all together to my main site and few more articles for ezine etc then im done for the week... Then its tweak time to get more conversions. I know what to do and am doing it I just need help with little things along the way... such as i got stuck with how to work out keyphrase density as it needs to be inbetween 2% and 4% Im not asking for a 1 to 1 5 hour session a day just a lil bit of more immediate help from an experienced affiliate marketer... I am even willing to promote the affiliates own products if i see them to be sucesfull and they help me i have time but money is what i dont have to hand hence one of the reasons i turned to affiliate marketing... sorry for the long post but i needed to redeem my self if you like thank you Lewis Turner
Read Jeremy Palmer's free ebook on "High Performance Affiliate Marketing." He's a paid search affiliate and even if you choose another way to get traffic the principles are right on. He also has a series of training called the black ink project which is also good. If you work at it and apply what you learn from him you can do well. It's no get-rich-quick scheme. Janet
I don't think you've earned mentoring yet. Not trying to be rude, but you have to show that you want it bad and that means doing a lot of work for yourself and on your own. It's time to get yourself a domain name ($7 at 1and1, $10 at godaddy). Get yourself hosting (I've seen it for $2/mth). Goto ezinearticles and look at some of the articles in the niche you want to sell products in. Click on the links in the resource boxes and see what sort of pages they're making. Design your own sort of landing page. Sign up at ezinearticles. Start writing articles and linking back to your landing page on your site. Quit the USFreeAds crap. I'm not sure how many ads you've made (1??), but this is a game of numbers. You do it again and again and agaain and again and again. IF you made one landing page on USfreeads per day, you'd have 365 of them in a year. Same thing works with articles. Same thing works with your own landing page, your own blog, etc. Build, submit, forget, repeat.
already got my own domain and hosting am working on finishing the site now and that's were i got stuck its the most important part (converting all the marketing and traffic into sales) traffic generation is no problem for me... i just need a bit of guidence now and again
I don't want to be sarcastic but you need to change your attitude if you want to have any success. Thinking that you know everything or that you dont need any help about something is your worst enemy. You will soon find out that yes even if you have tons of traffic, there are lots of criterias that can make your traffic potentially useless. Get some books like the other suggested on the topic even if you think that you know a lot about it. Also, its difficult to find a "good mentor" in a forum since most people in here need mentors themselves and the once that really know what they are doing wownt waste their time mentoring others for free. I agree, I don't know how usfreeads is suitable for Clickbank, haven't used it much. But don't expect miracles to happen with one ad. Make as much ads as possible without being flagged as spam. Make ads for various niches. Try to make at least 10 ads per day
10 ads a day i was thinking more like 1 a day as this was just to put the rp of my site up and increase backlinks i was just experimenting with usfreeads really and they give good traffic if the article converts
What I'm thinking of is, 10 ads, all linking to the appropriate landing page/affiliate product. Not for building backlinks, but for generating hops and hopefully sales. I don't know how effective is usfreeads for link building, but I'm sure if you put 10-20 ads for certain affiliate products, you will get some decent hops and maybe sales
okay good idea but 10 ads is alot i think i will do 1 or 2 and see how it goes... especially seeing as i can only have 25 ads running at one time
I can add a CB product to usfreeads in around 120 seconds. I could have all of CB listed in a day which would be getting 1000's of hits per day. Conversion with usfreeads isn't the best though.
What sort of authority do you think you'll get from USfreeads backlinks? Nothing. Do you want the money or not? You don't put up a website and do a few things and make $73000/year (that's $200/day). I'd never take on a mentor for the simple fact that so many people act like they want to learn, but when they have to do the work, they end up quitting. That's something that is echoed often at the Warrior Forum. Successful webmasters try to be nice. Do a few hours of coaching on Skype and even give these people assignments. They never hear from them again. All they did was loose their time. Take a page from Rich Dad Poor Dad, ask for a job from someone successful. Tell them you'll do it for free. You'll learn by doing.
