Buying Looking for an additional Designer in my team

I am looking for an additional team member. Pay is Monthly or every 2 weeks.

1. You must be a master in photoshop
2. Must be able to have at lease 5 samples of previous works.
3 You will be dealing with creating banners and logos for several projects at hand.
4. Work anytime you want as long as you meet the daily requirement work. (approx. 4hours)
5. Must be quick and fast in conceptualizing.
6. Ready to start asap
