looking for an ad network that fits my description. paying $15 if you find it

    alright, it needs to have the following things

    • pays by paypal or moneybookers
    • CPM
    • doesn't care if the views come from same ip
    • actually pays and is not a scam
    • pays regularly (weekly or something close)
    • minimum payout less than $25
    • doesnt care about bots, or doesnt mention them in TOS
    • must pay for traffic coming form Netherlands

    i dont care if it is like $0.20 per 1000 impressions, so long as it counts each page view and not unique visitors

    mmm... pretty difficult task for U$S15... you pretty much want an ad network that doesn care your ip address and from which you can click as many times you want... sounds to good to be true...

    Clicksor is not good for him, they want US/UK/CA traffic.
    Cpxinteractive can be an alternative, but I will test them next week.
