Looking for amusic downloading script not file sharing

    I need a script that allows users to pay for music downloads but not to allow them to upload files. Just listen and download, it would be cool if they could create a play list also for free.

    A profile where they could communicate with other music lovers would be great too.

    Is this possible and for how much?

    I am still build my own custom mp3 site.....
    it not using other search engine website like mp3realm, dilandau... etc..
    but using sphider to collect mp3 file all over the web,, maybe if has finished i can share on U :)
