I'm looking for a Good experienced Professional Flash designer to sell me 3 of his working hours tonight. I need a couple of banners and animations built. (nothing fancy, but photo-shop experience and talented is needed) I will pay a rate between 40$/$60 an hour, depending on the designer's technique, productivity and creativity.
