Looking for affordable programers.

Hello,
I own a small company doing Web Design and Brand Awareness/Social Media Marketing, I do all the work since I'm just getting clients and starting on my own - used to work for a tobacco and toy company.

I normally find templates and customize/add to them for the clients need. Every now and then, I run into small problems that anyone who does this for a living can easily fix.

-I'm looking for simple website template fixes
-HTML/PHP being transposed to show up on dreamweaver better. - It's rare, most of the time I do this by myself and have no problem but occasionally I get div errors, not able to make a table fit or go with theme, etc.
-logo designs with psd so I can edit them (not required at all, if your not a graphic design guy, no worries.)
-Correct/install jcarousel, Nivo Slider, - any kinda of simple image rotation script.

I'm selling the sites for dirt to cheap to undercut the market and get more clients so I work for low and can't afford much.

I will increase and give repeat work if you are reliable, trust-worthy, able to communicate, affordable and keep me updated when at work.

I normally have small fixes every couple of days and look in the $5-10 range. (should take no more then 10-15 min of time)
Sometimes I get smaller business then can pay $100-200 and so on and so on.

As I grow you do and I look to be able to work long term.

Why do you care how the site shows up on Dreamweaver? I can count how many of your users will be viewing the site in Dreamweaver on the fingers of no hands.

I can develop websites, but I refuse to do so in Dreamweaver, the same way a race car driver wouldn't sit in a donkey's asshole to race (and that's an insult to the donkey, not to Dreamweaver).
