Looking for affiliates that pays for free signup or download ...

    As the title says i am looking for a websites that pays for driving people to do free signups or downloads and that i don't need to signup for an affiliate network to be able to join then
    Example
    If i want to join globe7 affiliate program then i need to join axill.com network which 99% i will be rejected but if i joined etoro then i don't need to to sign up to other networks because they do handle their affiliation program themseleves
    I am looking for programs such etoro
    Please give me every program you know about ( and you know for sure that it pays )

    The link in mys sig is just perfect for your needs. I was looking for affiliate with free downloads too, and found Neverblueads has ton of them. I mostly have put up screensavers, desktop themes, free music, free videos, smileys, etc etc .. I very recommend it

    I know this thread is very old, but, i was looking for something similar. I know one website Adult Friend Finder (and their network) that offer 2$ per signup for women and 1$ for men.
