"Incent e-mail/zip code/ or very short surveys" would be great. Please provide brief info about the affiliate company and how many countries they accept for traffic. If you have a referral ID please provide aswell I will sign up under you if your affiliate company accepts more than 10 countries of traffic. they must accept USA SSN to apply for the affiliate program.
