Looks like there is no Affiliate Program Monitoring list on the net, only Affiliate Directories. It would be better if Affiliate world and members have their own Affiliate Monitoring list just like HYIP monitoring list so members could analyze which program really pay, with what ecurrency, how much the return etc and also could vote for the best performance affiliate programs. Just my 2 cents.
