Looking for affiliate marketing partner

I have just posted a request for partner WTB in the Partnerships forum. It really is the best place for it, but the most prominent skill I am looking for is marketing/monetization and subsets. Feel free to take a look if interested.

(Mods, I hope this is okay. Not trying to cross-post, but afraid I am going to alienate a large portion of my target crowd. Please remove this post if inappropriate.)

affiliate marketing people are in this game to make money. From what I am seeing, you do not know how to market a site, or how to
get a site ready to make money, and this is a bad asset not to have; people are in this to make money, not help you make money,
and from what I have read, you have nothing to offer in return to use the skills of someone that knows what they are doing.

    This is what I hear:

Help me make money, because I do not know how.

If that is the message that you read, then I must not have communicated very well. Did you look at the full post in the Partnership forum?

I actually have the knowledge and experience, but alas, no time after my full-time job and other side business commitments. I have offered 50% profit share from the beginning, and if certain goals are met at 9 months or 12 months, then that profit share will convert into 50% equity in return for their contribution to our combined success. I actually have one very good response from a great candidate who has very complimentary skills and room to take on another project. Oh, and verified experience with multiple websites, including one that grossed 7 figures annually.

Not sure about the intent of your post. But if you thought you were giving advice to some rookie, then I am afraid you just wasted your time.
