I think Nick wants to just promote some affiliate links ?

Nick why not just create a website or forum, theres plenty of free hosts out their or free instant forum hosts, at least that gives you a URL to enter when sign up to some program. You could even create a Forum about affiliating.

 

Join www.cj.com and other networks such as shareasale.com just insert a dummy site in website option they don't really care about websites then you can join tons of affiliate programmes.

You can promote more than 400 french and english links without website. (using for example: trafic enchange, banner exchange....)
