hey, you are gonna leak the whole servers memory lol! You requirements looks a bit weird for shared hosting service sir. I think you should go with vps or dedicated box. Cause at the specific execution time, running background processes and at the post rate, no one would be able to survive on shared environment untill he is dedicating the server for you

thats the script requirements...I am looking to host a video adult site...if you know any good VPS hosting that would allow that then please tell me so

that looks to be normal youtube clone requirement, how much transfer and storage you need for a start ?

 

They dont have any problem with legal adult contents untill you are doing something which is related to illegal adult approaches.
