    Hi everyone,

The AdSense referrals product team is looking for feedback on the current referral buttons. As we continue to create new buttons and launch referrals for new languages and products, they want to know what's working well, and what might be improved.

They're especially interested in your thoughts and suggestions on colors, formats, styles, text... check out http://adsense.blogspot.com/2006/09/got-referral-feedback-speak-up.html

While they won't be able to implement all of the ideas, it will help them determine future directions to take referrals in. Thanks in advance for your input!

Welcome back AdsenseAdvisor. While I can't access any blogspot domain due to geographical & political reasons, I will post a couple of questions here.

Can we send a newsletter to our site members introducing them the firefox with google toolbar package & telling them that they can download it from a certain page of our website (with a referral banner) if they would like to? Is it or is it now allowed?

Also, can you please name a few new referral products that Adsense is about to offer it's publishers?

How about a referral for new AdWords accounts that sign up for AdWords specifically to advertise on your site with CPM ads (via the "Advertise on this site" link)?

Allow text links with referral ID instead of those really fugly buttons that we are all forced to use.

A good compromise on straight text links would be a JavaScript call that you could pass the anchor text you want as a variable. Then the anchor text can be logged/cleared by Google. Although straight anchor text would be ideal on our end of course. :)
