Looking for Adsense expert to help me review my sites

I have a network of just over 10 sites that are getting some decent traffic. I find my adsense earnings are very low compared to other people with traffic like this, and wanted to find some help from someone with a proven track record for Adsense earnings. I was more concerned about ad placement within the sites.

These are not spammy mfa sites, so I dont want the ads to be to invasive, but maybe this is my problem in the first place?

Any help is appreciated, I can even offer a small amount to help audit my entire network.

Hello, yes not wanting the ads to be invasive is a problem when you want to optimize your earnings.
ultimately if you don't want the best ad placements because of invasiveness, then you have to settle down with lower earnings.

But that's ok, no way is better than another. Personally I'm not offering to review your network, I know someone with experience who has made a site about that so he's ready to do it seriously for a fee I can give you his name, he's also a member here. Otherwise for free you can create a thread per site here on DP or just list all your network on this thread, up to you.
I'm not offering to do it myself because in the past I've had people like you who are concerned with invasiveness and they don't comply with my advices, so it's really worthless for me I get no satisfaction from this in those cases.

Thanks for the solid reply. What is your referrals name and do you know their rates? I would still like to hear any of your advice, as I dont really care about invasiveness on all the sites, only a select few that I am really passionate about. If so I would prefer to PM my list of sites to you rather than making them public for privacy's sake.

    Hi, the member is: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=11181
He built a forum for adsense "experts" at least those who look like experts compared to all the crap we read from newbies here, that's the goal of his forum, so of course there is a lot less activity but it's for the best.
He also built a page to offer his services in adsense optimization. I don't know his rates, I have not requested his paid help, you can contact him via PM, he's a doctor (or something like that) from Germany.

10 sites with different content and niches? or 10 sites with the same niches?
pinguin getting smart day by day, i didn't know about it much for now, but as i'm doing some experience, pinguins likes to play with website that has content with rewritten content and duplicate content, they just kicked the website rank or even they adsense account too...
