Looking for ads network (banner only)

    I have a website about streaming video (illegal content, without license) and i'm looking for ads network accept this kind of website (banner ads only).

    Please suggest me a few of ads networks that have good CPM.

    man forget about banner ads if you dont have hug amount of traffic then you earn just pennies..go for popunder will earn you more

    popunder is not good for new site, but my site traffic is acceptable, so banner ads is ok with me, i think so...

    Uhh propellerads would be the only one I know about but alot of their banner traffic is CPA.

    Most of the time banner ads are more annoying than pop under because most banner ads now a days redirect visitor and you loose your visitor in this case where in pop under you can have all control and earn much higher rate and still keep your site clean just do right frequency setup and you will find pop under ads are much better unless a network can assure you 100% that their banner ads are really banner ads not redirect.
