I have purchased a site from this guy desimedia on this thread he started http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=501871 and have yet to receive the files and the domain.
I have sent him 50 bucks as agreed to this guy and sent him all my informations, but yet no reply from him.
I would like to talk to an Admin or Mod for that particular section to tell me what are options and what can be done?
Apparently he has done something similar to somebody else on this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=4872802#post4872802

leave negative feedback m8 , thats all you can do , and maybe do a chargeback if you paid via paypal , mods do not get involved ;)

Mods don't help in bad deals!

You can just leave a negative itrader as karl said.

Thanks for your help Karl. I don't think chargeback would help in this situation since I did not use a credit card. I will leave a negative feedback for him and also open a complaint with paypal against him.

Consider the funds gone as if it were not ever with you, as PayPal will resolve the case in the seller's favous, probably.

    Leave a negative iTrader.

Leave negative iTrader and continue PMing him, asking for the money...
Open a paypal dispute if that was the payment option made.

All of the advice posted above is good.

I personally would base my actions based on how long it has been since you paid this member the money. Since it is the weekend, member may not be back online until first of week. Itrader can not be reversed.

i think you should have asked for the domain first and then the money

now you can only report it as negative itrader

Don't trust newbies and low iTraders.
