We are are in the search of someone who is able to convert big traffic into big money.

Our website receives about 90k unique visitors per day while getting a total of 250k impressions.

Note: We are a file sharing website. Mainly getting traffic from asia (Taiwan, Japan, China) following by Mexican and US traffic.

We are looking for someone experienced who can help us turn this immense traffic into a better cpm, partnering with the right networks and optimizing the sites layout for larger revenue in advertising.

You will be payed on a base salary + performance.

Google was performing amazingly but unfortunately we got banned due to "illegal click activities". Therefore Adsense will be out of the equation.

what about getting someone else to set up a new google adsense account?

My understanding is that only the account gets banned, the site does not.

 

if you was approved from this site it's meant banned site for google adsense

.......and you will be banned again "illegal click activities"
