hm, seems like you have mp3 sharing site, am I right? in this case you should check Epom market, 'cause they have great rates (and normal ads, not some crap that'll destroy your site's design) for niche like yours. $0.3-0.5 CPM for display :)

I have recently started www.dojoad.com. It's similar to BuySellAds (as the main system is concerned). You create an account, submit your site, it gets approved and then you set up your banners (images and text). You can choose to have the clients pay based on impressions, clicks or a monthly flat rate. It's still just starting out, but it doesn't cost you anything to set up your inventory.

What are the rates? better, than from others? Otherwise, i just don't see why people will move from one network to another

Not sure if it fits this thread, but you can check out the company I work for.

    Nster.com

Or you look up other networks like Outbrain, Linkwithin, etc.

Another three CPM offerings: Lijit, CPMFun, Komoona.

Always double-check before you sign up. A lot say they're CPM but they're actually CPV (which works out as CPC) and just calculate the rates as a CPM so it looks impressive (like Plugrush, for example).

Another thing I forgot to mention - aside of double-checking if it's CPM and not CPC, stick to those who give you editorial control over the content, and let you customize the ad.
Makes life easier and doesn't mess with your website :)
