    Can't you just use some of the 1st tier CPM ad networks. I would think the others use them and have a script so that you can then track the stats for each publisher separately into your own system.

    If you want to use these are will be able to use them, then it would probably be best to signup and also contact them telling them what you want to do as I don't know if they allow this or not.

    I have found the first 2 CPM ad networks listed here to be very good and reputable where I use them on my entertainment site and have done so for over 2 years now. I get around $0.45 - $0.70 cpm on each banner ad format that I use. They pay more for popunders, but I don't use them. I also believe TribalFusion is another good one.
