Buying Looking for a Xhtml / Css Web Designer & Logo Designer for multiple projects

Hello,

We are having requirement to develop 3 to 5 sites a month.

I have included the sample quality which we are looking for. Please respond ONLY if you can deliver with the following parameters.

1. Xhtml / Dhtml or Css specialist

2. Delivered within a maximum of 5 days

This is a long term project.

We are willing to pay a maximum of 100$ per site and 15 to 25$ per logo.
