Does anyone know of a good Android App builder for Windows 8? I need the ability to add websites that open on the app full screen but with the app navigation buttons over the website pages or an expandable menu button throughout all pages. I dont want any third party online builders or free stuff with third party ads, I want to be able to add my own ads to pages easily within the app. Anyone got any ideas? Price is not a problem, apps will generate enough cash to cover costs. Thank you.
