Looking for a WP coder for my design!

I don't know if I am posting on the right place... but i guess it will fit here...

I am a designer, and I make WP themes.. I design them, I don't code them..
So i need a WP designer who can code a WP theme for me .... I will give the psd...

I am looking for a person who can do it for links... as i know the theme is very well designed. And if it is released for free them he can get lots of backlinks. He can put his links in the footer.. as sponsors or as a coder (Example: This this is coded by XYZ). This way he too will get some benefit.

So is anyone ready to code a WP theme for me... please post here and i will PM you the design sample jpeg.. and some coding references...

Well i had found a coder (iWonder) via PM... after transferring the theme psd to him he never turned up with the actual theme code...
So i am again in need of a WP coder for the same theme... is anyone up for it..
