Go to themeforest.net and search in Portfolio themes for wordpress. You will get loads of similar layout themes
Hi 913imer, Elegant Themes have a theme called Business Card which looks pretty much perfect for you. You might need to change the colours a bit but it has almost exactly the same layout.
