    Hello there,

    I'm looking for a wordpress theme designer who can provide me a custom theme. I need someone who can provide me a custom wordpress theme designed from the scratch.

    You do not have to design logo. The website should look simple something similar to ithinkdiff.com, addictivetips.com etc.

    budget might be too low for custom work, I would be very happy to work for you, but this budget seems way low for design plus code
